Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel may process this data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
• Contacting us. If you write to us on WhatsApp, Instagram or by email, we use what you send (name, number or address, message) only to reply and to organise events or collaborations, and we keep it only as long as needed for that. Legal basis: your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). WhatsApp and Instagram are run by Meta and apply their own privacy policies.
• External links. Links to Google Maps, Instagram, WhatsApp and Net Nova open other services only when you click them.

We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use it for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive a copy of it (Art. 15–22 GDPR), by writing to the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
